Former Louisa basketball great Robert Shelton has stepped down at Monticello to come home and coach the Lions, just in time for the new school to open, along with assistant Andre Quarles, another former player and brother of UVA star Telisha. Louisa basketball has fallen off for over 10 years now, and I think these are the guys who will finally make them relevant again.
