If this was his only issue I'd agree. But it isn't.

A complete disaster of 150th Anniversary. First no game. Second the back up plan being weak and announced just days before.

The Yankee Stadium game. Thankfully the Yankees / MLB bailed us out. He was adamant that is a good idea until the end. Giving up a home game to play at a baseball stadium in the Bronx.

Cancelling the UCLA series. Than stating that he wants to go to the Rose Bowl.

He is from Seton Hall.

Having first been at Seton Hall before transferring to Rutgers, I can tell you him being from the Hall IS his problem.

I think Hobbs should be made to take a walk of shame from the bubble to the RAC, and the embraced and brought back in to the family.

He really has no clue when it comes to football. Just let Schiano run it all and we will be fine.

He’s got two more years. Stick with what we know. No sense giving Barchi the chance to F up his replacement.

Let's not forget not firing Ash last year and then firing him 4 games in...

All of the above. None of it made any sense,

Also #118 Remembers. It was totally about his ego and a big scr*w you to the RAC footprint and its most loyal fans. Empty section every game is mind boggling.

Having said that if he leaves football alone, I'm still absolutely fine with him. I do think his heart is in the right misguided place. He gets credit for Pike.

I'm curious when is the Adidas contract up? Schiano was always a Nike guy.

Hobbs gets props for rallying this fan base and University like we’ve never seen before.

I’ll give him that, and that only after what transpired this past month.

When somebody stages a coup and fails, that person gets executed.
I agree, he tried a concerted effort to sabotage any talks because he didn't want them. Not because the fans or donors didn't want them. He had only his own best interest at heart, not the fans or donors, that is inexcusable. You're asking us to excuse him, simply because his plan failed.
