Seems like it. It would not be shocking, yet would be shocking. I know that doesn't make sense but given its lack of success and how much money it has been losing it is not surprising. Yet, the Saudis seemed determined to keep it going just out of spite.

At the very least, the new PGAT CEO will jump at the opportunity to bring Bryson and Rahm back, and probably a couple of others.

Rolapp met yesterday with the Competition Committee and the Players Advisory Council. That's who heard Koepka's case.

Coincidental, or not?

Hatton Nieman, Cam Smith.
Speaking of Hatton....I know it's been discussed a million times but I would pay good money for an uncensored live feed mic-up of Hatton during a round.

One of my personal favorites was actually a "safe for work" bit....hits a big cut/slice and announces to his caddy "have you ever seen a worse shot in your life?"....caddy stands there saying nothing....TH: "ANSWER THE QUESTION"....Caddy: "no"....TH: "me either"

Yeah, you have to think that invite to the few recent major winners is still open for those guys.

As for the rest, I'm sure the DP world tour will get a boost and Q school next year is going to be an epic battle.

Rory is the total package. I love his game, but I also love his candor. He's a fabulous interview in that he will tell you the truth without hedging.

When he "has it," he's almost impossible to beat.

Nothing "right" about that enterprise. World-class money laundering.

The RBC Heritage offers quite a contrast to Augusta with its skinny fairways, Spanish moss, and perhaps most significantly, much less pressure.

Augusta demands the A game in many situations simply to make par. You have to be ON, and when you miss, miss in the right spots. Out of position leads to double or worse.

Augusta is wide open as compared to Harbour Town, but that's the irony. The magnitude of the event, coupled with the speed of the greens, turns the entire week into a pressure cooker.

It's easy to see why players love this event. Augusta might be "fun" for some, but certainly not during. A round on the Harbour Town links, however, in spite of the narrow spacing, provides therapy for what transpired the week before.

Scheffler playing well this week for me was a given. Hope he has a great day today.

Harbor Town ate my lunch. WAY too tight for my game. Made birdie on wide open 18 and got the hell out of there.

I went to Friday’s round. First time in years. Forgot how tight the course is and how small the greens are.

You’ve likely seen it already, but Miguel Angel Jimenez with an ace Saturday at the Senior PGA Championship. His 16th career ace in competition.
I’ve always liked the swagger and flair he plays with

You just know he is the type that tries to go to deep pocket courses and hope he’s not recognized to golf gamble
