Ron and Geo--return to last year's level, play and act like team leaders;
Cliff--not gonna make a sudden jump in class, but needs to continue incremental improvemenr;
Paul--his last three quarters have been considerably better than his first seven, if confidence goes up he may be the team leader if R and G fail that;
Caleb: play better than awful;
Hyatt--get a little more comfortable in system, but cut out bonehead plays (i.e. giving up 5 pts of 3-pt fouls)
Jaden--work, work, work, become an offensive threat and not a D liability
Mag--make all the hustle plays, give team an edge, don't try to do too much;
Gonzales-Agee--hold the fort for five mins
Expect zero from rest of roster w/Jalen a mystery man
Get lucky

This team can't possibly be THIS bad. I expect improvement but with the schedule getting tougher I cant see them improving enough for it to translate to wins.

Good and reasonable post. Just don’t know where all that will leave us at the end of the day. What I found alarming was the number of air balls and massive brickage off open looks from 3.

You thought it would be back to basics for Pikiell. Not sure how coaching works.

-Shorten your rotation to best players
-Tell everyone their role
-Do what is simple offensively for a team that is struggling to shoot. Get inside, get to foul line, run some fast breaks.

I don't know. Hopefully Pikiell does!

Pikiell has to trust his best talent and allow them to make mistakes and to stop being uber loyal to upperclassmen when they are ineffective
