Question:
In watching this year's Ear Football Shitshow unfold, this Herd Fan is left to ponder a few items:
At 3-4 overall, 0-4 in conference, with four (4) consecutive conference losses, and your first November home game in the offing, what are the over/under numbers on attendance ?
I will predict no more than 32K asses-in-seats for Saturday. Weather could be a factor and this years team smells like ***.
Additionally, I will predict about the same numbers for Texas next weekend.
Near season's end, after losing to TT, Tejas, ( and possibly a loss to The Children of The Corn )...I will further predict a 10-year or possibly 20-year attendance low for Iowa State. You will see no more than 18,000 asses-in-seats for this meaningless After Thanksgiving Pillow Fight between two bowl-less programs. For the first time in recent history, Marshall could ( and probably will ) outdraw you attendance-wise for our home game against WKU the day before.....Let that sink in for a minute, Ear People.
BTW, in case you haven't herd, College Gameday is probably planning to be in Huntington next weekend as I type this....
Its Good to be King.
