Brown from MSU was lights out from deep in the first half but very quiet in the second. Don't remember him getting many shots off at all in the second. What accounted for this? Were we denying him the ball? Did we switch our D up? Did we play the same D but better? Whatever we did it worked & had a huge impact.

I’m not sure if it was him but one MSU player said in article how tough and physical Rutgers was overall against MSU…especially in the 2nd half.

We switched up zone in the 2nd half and I think there was focus on denying him the ball. Six 3’s made though …apparently he liked Jersey Mike’s
