You guys can fill a stadium. All BS aside. Iowa’s been prepared lucky all year. Their were adjustments made and you played terrible at the wrong time. And you got ALL the calls. Better luck next time. Frosty will get you guys there.

We got all the calls? More penalty yards on Nebraska than Iowa dipshit. Go back to your board

Imagine being an Iowa fan stuck in purgatory of barely competing for Big Ten West titles forever. We fvcking suck but at least we don’t settle for the slightly above average program that you guys have.

iowa is currently where Nebraska was under pelini, owning most of the teams in the division, but nothing to show for it. I’d take iowa level success these past seven years, but that’s never going to be the goal and that fact triggers their fans to to no end. At 10-2 they’ll get overmatched in a bowl game so it will be fun to watch them get exposed in the national spotlight a la 2015 Rose Bowl. I’ve never come across a shittier fan base, total classless trash in winning and in losing.

Since you don’t get out much you might just look in the mirror.

Considering we are keeping a coach with 4 losing seasons and many fans argue he should stay if he wins 6 games in year 5 we are now settling for less than slightly above average

People who want to give him another year are taking that position because they think he’s the best chance at getting us back to a great program. We may disagree with them but they aren’t settling.

Iowa settles. They aren’t striving for anything more. They don’t say, “Let’s keep Ferentz because I think he’s about to break through as a national title contender.”

They say, “Let’s keep Ferentz because I like 8-9 win seasons.”

Nebraska got a good break when Iowa's TD was overturned. I think it was probably the right call in the end, but I was surprised they overturned it and I wouldn't have liked being on the other side of that call.

How this equates to Nebraska getting ALL the calls is beyond me.

Would ne interesting to see how Iowa finished if the Little 10 would give them a tough schedule. They played the worst one of the top 4 teams in the east and thats it.

Honest question

if frost’s next 6 years are exactly the same as iowas last 6 years do you have any doubt that frost will still be the coach?

or if frost has a 3 year run of consecutive top 10 finishes (Ferentz had top 10 teams in years 4-5-6) and then his career mirrored Ferentz at Iowa do you have any doubt that Frost would be retained indefinitely

we won’t have a goal of getting Iowa results - but won’t move on from frost if that is what he produces

Iowa saw a program fire a coach after a 9 win season and witnesses the aftermath. We said “we don’t want any of that”.

He would most definitely be the coach as the University standards have been lowered a great deal.

Frost would have a statue outside of the stadium if he had Iowa’s 2021 season.

You sound like my uncle Dale, the accountant.

“I saw what happened to Bobby when he left his nine-to-five to pursue a life he’d enjoy! He was barely getting by for nearly a decade!”

What Dale can’t comprehend about Bobby is that even in his failure he’s alive, while Dale mindlessly gets through life doing okay.

Lol. You guys can have all your hypothetical future success you want, we will keep winning the real physical ones.

They do. Thats whats wrong with this ****. If you dont go to Indy (which as of right now they have a chance) you aremt the division champ. But college football lets you share it. Trophies for everyone.

Those ridiculing Iowa results will be the same people praising frost if he produces Iowa results and declaring posters trolls when they point out those are “Iowa results”

80 ish teams get bowl bids, or 75% of D1, there have been 400 bowl invites sine Nebraska went bowling. Nebraska is a bottom 20-30 program under Frost, nowhere even close to average.

Not true based on what they are saying. A guy was arguing 6 wins next year would be fine. Unless frost is on the 12 year rebuild plan we definitely have people in our fanbase that have low expectations. We heard it all year with the moral victories

I think those people are just looking for progress, with the ultimate goal being a championship contender. I don’t think anybody would accept long term six win seasons.
