Walk away from pleading guilty to a FELONY
If the judge believed everything the prosecution did was egregious, highly unlikely, then yes. Threatening to go after his son was really bad.

When he walks and you take your week hiatus because your estrogen filled ego cannot handle being wrong, we are going to just mock you anyway.

If he doesn't walk, you post your pic in your avatar for a month.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, yes, the government engaged in conduct so shocking to the conscience and so inimical to our system of justice that it requires the dismissal of the charges for outrageous government conduct. See United States v. Russell, 411 U.S. 423, 428 (1973) However, as fully briefed in our Motion to Compel and Reply, at this time, Mr. Flynn only requests an order compelling the government to produce the additional Brady evidence he has requested—in full and unredacted form—and an order to show cause why the government should not be held in contempt. At the appropriate time, Mr. Flynn will file a separate motion asking that the Court dismiss the prosecution for egregious government misconduct and in the interest of justice. Mr.Flynn is entitled to discovery of the materials he has requested in these motions and briefs that will help him support such a motion.

Didnt she say they would after he had the evidence to support it? That is how it read to me.
It sounds to me like a conspiracy pushing lawyer trying to get rubes up in arms. To get a stiff sentence and a reason for a pardon. The man twice admitted to the crime in a federal court. The new strategy is obvious to anyone that doesn't believe in Q.

Not sure what part of my post could be considered a conspiracy? I suspect this post was trying to avoid discussing how the case is going. Let's keep it simple - who thinks Flynn will be let off by the judge (charges dismissed)? Who thinks the government drops charges? Who thinks he changes his plea? Who thinks he gets sentenced? I'm betting he gets sentenced, unless Trump steps in before (which I think is EXTREMELY unlikely).

A simple answer without any need to explain it will work.

I think the Govt drops the charges before they turn over the unredacted Brady material. Flynn’s lawyer is using this platform to pull documents related to other investigations. Sidney Powell is just bleeding them cut by cut.

Finally got someone to kind of answer. What will you think if the judge and the DOJ insist all material has been turned over. They still drop charges? Judge removes charges? Flynn gets sentenced? Flynn rescinds his plea?

How are they bleeding? lolwut?

We’ll see if that determination is made and then I’ll respond. I don’t think that determination will be made.

They know it hasnt all been turned over. The prosecution admitted the original 302 hasnt been turbed over when they said it was not materially different

What figures? You want me to sit and play “what if” games with you? Cause you’re so keen on doing the same?
I don't play what if games? Huh? Have you seen me post on here?

It figures that you would continue to be a chicken.
