Bulldawg Banter in Twitter said we are getting this jersey for the Vandy game. It sure if true or not but thought I would share.

Or, we may come out and lay an egg and the logo be in Gold with the Adidas logo being larger than the Flying M. I've been a State fan for too many years to speculate until the clock hits 0:00

Flying M jersey? What would that even look like? I would be surprised to see us use anything other than the M-State logo.

Picture an M ... and that M is flying ... and now picture that as a jersey.

Yeah, jerseys usually have numbers on them instead of logos. But whatever. I don’t see us using an alternate logo.

Alabama. Seem to have been wearing that same uniform since 1776...2 Red stripes down the leg, 1 White strip down the middle of the Red helmet and numbers on the sides.

Yep. We've changed uniforms like most people change underwear. And in years past, have gone with gimmicky. I hope Leach changes that.

The last 5 years we've been pretty consistent, which is pretty much the same as we wore from 1996-2003, except for the helmet logo which is pretty much what we've worn for the last 17 years. If we want a traditional uniform, now is not the time to make a change. This is our traditional uniform.

The Mstate Banner was copied from Marshall and just an opinion never has looked right on the helmet. You have good points. Or if we start running Air Raid efficiently now is a time to actually use the Flying M some.

Gomez is the one spreading this rumor. Remember what happened last time folks believed that guy?

Correct. 1971 versus Alabama. Dowsing returned a punt for a TD .... in a 10-41 loss at Memorial.

Aw man that dude was stirring up some sh*t during the HC search. Made it fun as far as being entertaining, but in the end didn't seem to much substance to it that ended up panning out.

Alabama actually had white helmets with crimson numbers for a few years in the 60s. Then changed back to crimson helmets with white numbers and have been that way ever since.

I like it. The Flying M is my favorite throwback logo. From the video on Twitter, looks like they got it right.

Love this, and it is unique and has history tied with our engineering as well!! The whole uniform even the facemask color. With the weekly TV games on SEC and ESPN, this uniform would quickly become noticeable.

I think he was one of the first 2 AA players at State. The other being "give em hell" Robert Bell. I knew them both while we were at school. They were both great guys

I say we change up uniforms as much as possible. We have no real tradition outside the DPR and Don't Stop Believin'. Go for it.

I’m really not a fan of the flying M logo, but it’s cool for a throwback. They did a really good job with these and they look pretty accurate. I wish they would bring back a more accurate throwback from the 1996-2003 era. The 2014 uniforms weren’t that accurate. This would mean they bring back the interlocking MSU on the helmets and sleeve stripes, a slight shadow number, Miss. State on the front, and solid white pants without the big M State logo. Seems like a pipe dream at this point, but it would be great. Those 1996 -2003 uniforms are clearly the best uniforms Mississippi State football ever had.

This is all irrelevant because we are just copying UCF. Just ask this douche nozzle...

This is also interesting...

Love the look! Also, lots of great memories working in that building. Not Walker (only good memory there was going down in the elevator after my last final) but Raspet.
