Florida getting spanked by Florida State at home. Surprising to say the least but Florida has had a very cold shooting night.

Same thing we’ve seen from similar Duke teams in the past. Shoot poorly from 3 and you’re going to lose some and look bad doing it.

Yep. When the 3 is falling, hard to beat. Rule will always apply: live by the 3, you die by the 3.
FSU has beat us plenty of times when we've been real good. No difference here UF is still a top 5 team
They are definitely good. I wouldn't be shocked at all to see them make the final four. I was just being a smart elic in my post. Florida can beat anybody when they are clicking.
Florida is a good team but I think there size might hurt them if they run into a really physical team. If they are on from 3 they are really tough to beat but you can’t always rely on that as we all know.
I thought FSU played some stout defense last night. I didn't see every minute of the game, but I didn't see FL get a lot of uncontested threes. I also thought the FL point guard forced the issue far too much. Kid is lightning on the court, but there was a lot of dribbling and spinning and not enough distributing. Just my humble opinion. Either way FL is a dangerous team, and once again I suspect FSU to give us a run for our money in ACC play.
I also feel that Duke's huge comeback (Florida's collapse) last game had a HUGE impact on this lethargic performance. They had Duke beat and blew it, so regardless of this being a rivalry game at home, they just seemed a little checked out. Another example of a team letting Duke give them more than 1 loss cause of the high emotion and intensity it takes to beat us. Go Devil's!!
3 games that concern me are: @ Miami, @ NC St, and Notre Dame. Those 3 teams always seem
to play above their roof when they play Duke. Speaking of roof, I think we sweep UNX, with one of the wins being a complete beat down (Grayson's senior night)!

We can not sweep UNC since they have Bird Maye, the ACC player of the year.....

I have been watching Duke as a student since Art Heyman days and FSU as a professor since the Charlie Ward Sam Cassell Bob Sura Days. I’m a fan of both teams and if you know BB and watched the game the outcome had nothing to do with poor shooting. Last night FSU played a near perfect defensive game. I don’t know they can bring it like that every night but it was amazing, a totally suffocating defense. I think Ham may finally have what he wants, a team with great length very unselfish and no superstars. Last year was the oppposite, 3 superstars, 2 very selfish and 2 who could not or would not play defense. Last year FSU had a breakout year. This year with the loss of their 3 best, they may be better.
