What would you realistically add or remove? For me, you tear down the M-Club building and move the visitors’ locker room to another location, even if it means they have to walk 3 miles to get there. Bring in a sound design team that has done the newer NFL venues like ATL, update the lighting to match the light show at DNF, the space where the M-Club used to be is converted into a party deck with GA seating and if space is available, we include a State athletics HoF and call the party deck “Dr. Jack Cristil Plaza”.

Honestly, I don’t care about upgrades I can’t experience or can’t afford to enjoy. Just give me some chair back seats with a defined amount of space and an increased comfort level.

The apartment/hotel thing in the Seal building would be a unique experience once crowds are back. Not that I’d ever be able to stay the night there.

Dear Lord can we dispense with the light show idea? That's so Ole Miss it hurts me.

This x 1000, and it’s my entire dilemma with college football right now. I mean, this is the group that has literally thrown up tents and tried to charge thousands of dollars for them. They roll out cold chicken tenders and popcorn in an A/C area and try to sell it all as a premium experience.

We don’t need any more premium experiences that are going to cost $10k to enjoy. We need the entire gameday experience for all to be upgraded, but college athletics are so unbelievably far behind, I really don’t know how you do it. If I’m an AD, I’d have a plan to cut seating capacity by as much as 10-15% in order completely revamp the seating and general gameday experience, and then go from there. The fact that we still have damn metal bleachers throughout 85% of the stadium shows just how concerned they’ve been about the average Joe over the years

The entire west side needs to be demolished to the ground.

Start over with fewer bleachers but many more luxury seating options.

Start about 10-15 feet high with chairbacks. Only 40 rows up, from back of endzone to back of endzone. Gridiron at ground level. Club/loge seating at tier 2. Suites, press box, coaching on tier 3, More suites tier 4 and 5(if possible).

Extend scoreboard club in north ez from sideline to sideline.

That needs to be done before anything in the south endzone.

Don't see this happening given all the renovations done underneath the West side seating for concessions and restrooms. However, they need to get busy doing a similar renovation underneath the East side which is currently a total eyesore.

My major gripes about not buying tickets in a thread yesterday come into play here.

-First, just open up all of the damn gates you have to shorten the time required to get into the stadium. Don't add any gates, just open the ones you have.
-Get the cell companies on campus and in stadium and get some upgrades done. We've heard multiple years that upgrades were being made but when the season rolls around the gameday service still is not dependable. It's better than say 5-10 years ago but still turrible
-Why are roads closed for 2 hrs after games? That's ridiculous, let the majority of the fans get out and open up so fans don't sit in long lines in their cars going nowhere when there's no longer fans crossing streets.
-Everyone that has mentioned chairbacks is correct, cut the capacity of stadium and get some chairbacks.
-Improve the shuttles used on gameday. They actually charge people $20 to park way over in the Thad Cochran North Farm Research Park and then give them a free ride on shuttles but make those lots free so more people will use the shuttles and make sure they shuttles can get onto and off of campus

in stadium reliable WiFi helps as well. Many stadiums already have that.

Really, just find a way to make those September games not so damn miserable. HD games in the A/C with unlimited ice and mixers just beats that swamp *** experience so damn easily.

Alabama and UGA essentially simultaneously. Seems like UGA tried to claim first place.

It's not necessarily DWS that needs to be fixed up as it is MSU's concept of fan experience when it comes to football. It isn't as organic as it is in baseball.

Revamp the south side to bowl in the entire stadium.
Tear down the M-Club building but keep the concept alive.
Hotel rooms overlooking the field
- This would expand the capacity of the Butler guest house and you could essentially have the same management/staff
- Balconies you can watch the game from. Still have to purchase an admission to watch from them
- You would have to make it where they could put shades up during non-public practices or black out these dates
A kick-*** Vegas-style penthouse suite with an infinity pool on top, but...
- The only way to stay there over a game weekend is as a contest winner
- Entries into contests could be based on Bulldog Club memberships, students-only, charity raffles, etc.
- This makes it something money can't buy (but it could improve your chances) and that you could potentially get without having to pay any money for
Chairbacks everywhere but the student section.

Chairbacks on lower level. Hotel-Convention Center and bowl in South End Zone. Move the South Endzone Video Board back as well...Stadium wide WiFi. Improve restrooms, Press Box. One thing MSU does is give visitors better seating than anyone else in the conference... move all of the visitors seating (including visitor band)to upper deck.

Three things that would significantly improve gameday experience for fans:

-Free Wi-Fi throughout stadium (OM has this provided by C-Spire)
-Integrated sound system throughout stadium (most every other school already has this)
-Permanent chairback seating throughout stadium

Anything else would be great, but those are my top three requests that would make attending games in person way more enjoyable.

Scrap the metal detectors while you're at it.

I hope everyone here that got a survey from the SEC responded with how much of a waste of time those are, with no real increase in safety.

I find it amusing how people find value contemplating how to alter a stadium they literally spend less than .003% of the year at...

Now having said that, my opinion is we need to remove both the old Jumbotron and Trailers form the south endzone asap as those two things are both unappealing and unwarranted. As to whatever style/shape of any expansion in the south endzone [with or without the M-Club] to me is far less important than the overall gameday experience. The gameday experience has been so stale the last several years [and I place the onus on the AD]. Chairbacks in all sections, real cell service improvement, well painted endzones, etc...are needed to improve as it's getting harder to justify the overall Ticket Cost to any "entertainment value" received.

You know, this really does need to stop. There are thousands of places of business or public locations that are able to strictly prohibit firearms without checking every single patron that walks through. What is it about a college football game that makes people suddenly deem it necessary?

How does ole miss get something from C-Spire that we don't have? Are the sponsorships not the same?

"old" jumbotron? It's only 12 years old.

Aren't there already two tunnels that lead to the locker rooms on the north end? I know we use the NW one now, and the visitors use the one we used to use, but I think there's a tunnel on the NE corner as well. There may not be a visitors locker room there yet, but seems like that would be the logical place to put them.

I don't really care about the M-Club building, but at some point I assume that premium seating will be built in the south end zone at some point, depending on how future attendance is.

Yes, I think so. They just had money laying around and had to spend it some way.

Before we get into gaudy light show LEDs in DNF, we need to upgrade the regular lighting so the field can be seen better. The Hump is pretty dark too.

Tear down M-Club. Build a freshmen dorm overlooking the field. Watch enrollment skyrocket.

Since I was at the Bowl last week, I loved TCUs stadium, especially how close the seats are to the field. So, we need to dig the field up, remove the Indian Burial Ground, lower the field, remove the hedges, add additional seating close to the field, add Chairbacks and walkways to the West side to shorten rows and have free beer.

Well, if y'all want to know the thing that might actually happen, it's redoing the concourses under the east side to bring them up to the standard of the rest of the stadium.

Nah. That is just what we will expect them to do.

I’d rather improve the Volley Ball Stadium.

This is what I'd like to see. It'd be cool to have something exclusive at State like lofts overlooking the baseball field and football field.

Agree with what most are saying. Tear down M Club, bowl in endzone - can keep at same height as M Club building. Chairback entire lower level minus student section. If you want a hotel on top of south endzone, that's a cool concept. Enclose 200 level for more club seating on west side.

WIFI/cell service for sure. Then maybe we could implement one of those concession delivery apps people were working on a few years ago.

The **** sound system that was promised to be replaced for over 10 years is #1.

Chair backs would be nice so fat asses can't intrude into your seating.
