if we have 150 million to throw at facilities for below 500 teams
I would like to see a yearly UPGRADE of seating in NU's stadium.
the concrete is apparently poured for people in the 1920's.
and your knee buries into a persons back and the person behind you have their knee buried in you.
like sardines packed into a small tin can.

I suggest every year after the football season, like right now to tear out ONE section of these seats.
then pour new concrete, then install seats for a 6'3" person, with ONE back rest/pop holder.
this will reduce the numbers of seats but you can charge more because corporations mostly buy them to give to good customers.

it's 2020 almost, and big screen tv's with good sound systems and better filming of the game, leads some folks I know to rather sit in their lazy boy then became a sardine.

quality not quanity.

we don't have to have 100000 seats like ohio state because ohio state is 4 times as big enrollment as NU.... build the other stuff sure.. but every year set aside a lil money to repair/upgrade/enter the modern world, with the seating for the average NU fan.

Thank You.

I'm for it. I'm still wavering on my yearly tickets. Still deciding on keeping them and just selling them game to game or give them up. Until they fix the stadium, I'm getting to the stage where I'll watch from home in more comfort.

Going to the stadium is a hassle now. Aisles too narrow. Seats are small. Knees in my back and I gotta sit sideways so me knees fit. But nothing will change since we keep showing up and they keep making money.

Or giving out contract extensions or paying out ex-coaches.
