It would have been nice to have the entire offense in a new system in a tune up game for sure. But Kansas State is a step above a tune up game imo. We will be fine.

True enough, but I'm guessing a lot of the rules violations that get you a one game suspension are in fact things that much or even most of the team engage in but rarely get caught. Underaged drinking, pot, etc.

to me, the main issue is real game vs scrimmage or practice. he hasn't taken a single hit since getting his ankle hurt. i think he's fine on reps and game plan by this time of the summer, its the getting hit. even though its a low level opponent, he needs to be knocked on his *** a time or two.

I could not disagree more. With this year's team, they cannot put up with average qb play, much less bad.
