Man I hope the guy just throws strikes. We are going to need him badly.

People may say that it doesn't matter and lets just move on to the next guy. Well, it's not that simple, just like Kellum Clark. These are high talent guys that we were lucky to get to campus. We need them to perform at their talent level or we just simply won't be as good as we can be.

However, if they both do slump this year, we will at least have them one more year. They are both draft eligible after this season I believe.

This is solid work from Fristoe, opponent be damned. Gave up a jack, but 6 K's and no BBs through 4 is steady.

State with 12 runs on 7 singles, 7 walks, 3 hbp's and a very consequential error in the 1st.
