First half thread

[TheC]

I’ve already told my kid that if Michigan wins, he better figure out who is going to pay the rest of his tuition.

[Deeringfish]

I guess Marty was dressed and throwing on the sideline. I hope they don't get too cute with QB's but a successful change up for a series would be welcome.

[lou v]

Marty is off the inactives list this week and was warming up before the game.

[Figrating]

The announcers are more interested in MSU than today's game.

[DarthCat]

It’s amazing the fall from last year. Just 10 months ago. The lack of respect from everyone.

[Deeringfish]

I love a pass on first down

[phatcat_rivals223240]

I hate swing passes

[Deeringfish]

Not a bad start pinning them at the three

I thought Braeden was all heald up!

Yes, let's keep the pressure on!

[Deeringfish]

whose is down

[TheC]

Big 3rd down here

[DaCat]

Great first play call, followed by the stupid run up the middle. Wiederkehr was destroyed by Hutchinson on the 3rd down pass play. Great punt by Adams.

Same. Especially when the intended receiver isn't moving and you are relying on a 5'9" WR to pave the road. As compared to a bubble screen because the WR is moving and the blockers can get the defenders on skates a little bit more...

[DaCat]

Samdup injured.

[IAWildcat79]

Good leverage on that WR reverse-type play, but Michigan ball carrier got 6 yards after contact.

[TheC]

The difference between how other team’s WRs block on those wide screens versus ours is night and day.

[Deeringfish]

B JO

[corbi2961]

Is there still any doubt we changed our defensive scheme during the bye week?

[Figrating]

On NU's screen, the blocker whiffed and NU lost yardage. On UM's screen, the blocker cleaned out the DB and it went for some 15.

[DaCat]

Great blitz by Joseph!

[coachcoccia]

Meiser looking good so far. Pleasant surprise.

[Deeringfish]

Is there still any doubt we changed our defensive scheme during the bye week?

Not in my mind.

[TheC]

Great blitz by Joseph!

Actually the perfect play call at the perfect time

Went through him like he wasn't there.

That's apparently why we run it. "It works for others, why not us?

[NREPP Fraud]

Stay poised! Go Cats!

[Deeringfish]

Did Miller or Abodore (gota learn to spell that name) come back into he game?

[DaCat]

On NU's screen, the blocker whiffed and NU lost yardage. On UM's screen, the blocker cleaned out the DB and it went for some 15.

On our screen play we had two guys lined up against 2 guys. When Robinson dropped back to catch the ball, their corner had a clear shot at him. Poor scheme by Jake.

No no we are just "executing "

[bringbacktherantboard]

2nd batted ball so far.

[Deeringfish]

2nd batted ball so far.

They are getting pressure.

[NREPP Fraud]

Get Evan Hull going!

[Deeringfish]

How is Hilinski at rolling left?

[DaCat]

Skoronski doing well so far against Hutchinson

[TejasCat]

and 0 took a horrible angle on their screen.

I think Hutchinson is lining up on the other side.

[DaCat]

AJ Henning sighting, punt returner

[DaCat]

I think Hutchinson is lining up on the other side.

Mostly against Skoronski though

[NREPP Fraud]

It ain’t rocket science! Up the middle
