I woke up early this morning, made enough beef vegetable soup to feed a small early 17th century American colony, went out shoveled some of the heaviest snow I’ve ever experienced and now I’m having a Deschutes Obsidian Stout for breakfast while I watch the battle for the hat! Let’s go!
I can’t believe we dodged that bullet. Bad coaching decision to go for a FG.
Drake should not see the ball today. He’s had too many fumbles and the conditions are not at all suited to his style of running anyway. That was a bad decision to give him the ball for a power run on our own goal line.

If we don’t make major adjustments soon this game will not go well. I don’t see us scoring a lot of points so we really can’t afford to give up many at all. Especially can’t be giving up 6-8 yards per carry.
One problem could be that our D success has relied on INTs. They are not going to throw much today so we may have trouble with turnover ratio.
Bottom line though, if we can’t stop their running game and if we can’t score on their D which is apparently missing 21 scholarship players, any talk about rankings and probability of beating OSU is pretty much moot.
