This is really sad after last week's performance. Worst defense I've seen in a long time. We were supposed to have such a great front seven. Minnesota is almost beating Ohio State and Iowa blowing Indiana off the field. We can probably beat Rutgers and maybe Illinois this could be a horrible horrible year.

3 quarters in the books... Not looking good for today... Unbelievable how predictable this program is... I guess it just is... Because I'm not sure how it takes the next step...

This truly has been execution by the players...hate to say it....but missed tackles...chances to make big plays....and yet we are still one score from winning.....

How can we lay an egg like this? No wonder we can't get any fans to the game. Sorry, but Vault isn't the answer. Drake Anderson has got to be hurt! We have absolutely no running game. If we were able to run the ball,we would have won today. Not this fiasco!

Ohio State would easily put up 60 + against this NU team.. No running game I'm pretty sure they would score 3 times each quarter... if not 4 times per quarter.

This team is just flat and quite frankly not very good. This game is over and the season with it

I wish they'd turn that $275 million complex over to the Engineering school. If Fitz really cared about winning, he wouldn't let his players step anywhere near that building until they've earned it. Make them lift weights in Patton.

We are no threat to run the ball. I hate to say it,but this team ain't worth watching for Money. Just a poorly run team.

It's all smoke and mirrors with the money being spent. 2-4 and look like crap. Fitz has no control over the team

No run game. U can't win that way! We are no threat running. NU will never get fans to the game! We givve Fitz 3.8 million but we can't even get that many NU fans to pay that much for a season. No one will watch this fiasco.

Paddy has missed a million tackles today and all this year!

Nebraska put together a very difficult scheme today - for Paddy Fisher... Tough when your dropping back for pass coverage and you can't commit to the run. This was a very good offensive plan put together to neutralize Paddy skills. However, it was Paddy in the combination blitz that resulted in the sack fumble touchdown... Would like to see more defensive schemes like that one...

This is an excellent, excellent observation, imo. A similar thing happened to AWalk after he burst on the scene; offenses began to game plan to neutralize him, just like they are with Paddy now,. Fortunately, not only is Paddy adjusting, but Gallagher and Bergin are stepping up...

Good analysis. Seemed like Nebraska could run up the guy at will for a good part of the game.

Nebraska’s entire scheme was built on moving the Mike or Will backer from the box with either formation or motion, then running at that spot.
