Fire Scott Frost. I was wrong again about him

After IL I wanted him fired. Should have given Coach Chin the interim tag back then.

I'm the idiot for thinking Scott Frost was taking this program in the right direction over the last few weeks. He is now 1-4 in the last five games and will be an underdog against Purdue. It's very realistic that scott finishes with a 3-9 record this year.

I don't know what the **** is wrong with Scott Frost. But I'm the dummy having wanted to support him after we thought we were seeing the progress the last few weeks. More clean football, fundamentals were better, etc, etc, but today it was complete idiocy again.

Fire Scott Frost tomorrow morning, promote Coach Chin, and get the coaching search started.

I feel stupid for thinking things got better from Buffalo to yesterday.

I'd say the coaches were lucky Oklahoma didn't bench the albino d-bag sooner (hee hee, "sooner"), or that game may not have been as "close". Michigan State is also overrated. The game with Michigan was a good one, but so was Solich's loss to Texas in 2002, didn't mean jack squat by year's end.

All the losses have been close, so I see that as progress. At least we aren't getting blown out.

I don't remember how many weeks ago it was, maybe after OU, that Frost would be lucky to win 1 more game this season. Maybe it as after Buffalo. I don't remember when. Then the team started to play a bit better, etc, then the "will be lucky to win 1 more game" was laughed at. I figured that would end up being wrong too. Now tonight that post about only winning 1 more this season may turn out to be reality.

That is so ******* sad.

Trev made mistake by being public by Frost's side but maybe that is a strategic move to privately pick apart issues without Frost even having a clue what Trev is actually doing (learning if this guy is able to get it done) and then go behind closed doors with those that can assist with the choice to fire or not to make the choice.

My prediction for the rest of the regular season:

Frost loses to Purdue, loses to Ohio State, loses to Iowa, loses to Wisconsin. I'm going to take some time away from the message board until Scott Frost is fired, which will happen, IMO, and talk about the new hire.

take care and hopefully the new head coach has a winning history.

Just don't be dumb Trev thinking Frost will work out. He will not. Eat the costs, move on, hire a winner, and enjoy the profits and success in the end.

It’s easy to call everything that happens when you flip sides of the fence all the time.

Minnesota isn’t as bad as y’all wanted to think. They now control their own destiny to play in the Big 10 Championship.

thinking this was an easy win was stupid thinking, anyway.

we’re beat up, we’re coming off an absolute emotional rollercoaster, then our most important coordinators dad died 48 hours ago. Minnesota was as rested as they’ve been since the beginning of the year

It’s disappointing to say the least. We simply suck! I thought the defense may be a little off today due to Chin‘s horrible loss. And I could accept that. But it was the offense that smelled like the Honey Bucket at the Lutefisk festival. And that’s NOT acceptable at this point.

Today sucked, most weeks suck under Frost but if you think this year has anything to do with his employment standing you certainly are an idiot.

As some smart posters said in the off-season, 2021 is a write-off. I will be crestfallen if that hack loser #2 is our qb again next year when Frost is coaching for his job, though.

My question is where are all these posters when the consensus this entire week was that we were going to blow out Minnesota?

They weren't rested before the Bowling Green game?

You have to stick with NU royalty. You have Trev and Frost/Davison. It might suck for a year or two more, but you can't start over. Figure out why your are missing on several midwest recruits. Y'all used to get them on campus and it was sign sealed delivered. Imagine a backfield of Martinez and Breece Hall. You would not be 3-5

Minnesota could end up winning the West - not a crazy idea at all. They have as good as chance as anybody.

Haven’t asked them, maybe blowing out Colorado 30-0 the week before wore them out?

it’s almost like all teams are capable of improving week to week
Or it’s almost like the whole b1g west is full of terrible teams & none of you idiots can see it.

The B1G as a whole would have 1 team finish in the top half of the SEC. maybe 2. Maybe.

This conference is a joke.

SEC homerism at it's finest. They rarely schedule tough OOC opponents and then thump their chests over beating the Citadel.

I agree! When has the Offense EVER come out with a fast start? If there was a time they needed to do so, this week was certainly one of them! They never seem to play with any sense of urgency until they are down in the 4th Quarter. They are so ho hum and lackadaisical all of the time.

Our Offense and Offensive staff needs to be checked to see if they even have a pulse!

Every rule has its exceptions

If you think it’s ‘homerism’ to call it like it is, I’m afraid you’re guilty of the exact same accusation.
No, I'm not an ACC homer. I was simply poking fun at the SEC homers who chant SEC, SEC, SEC, SEC

$cott is a piss-poor motivator, developer, and manager of young men. Multiple games each season the guys just take a siesta -- including this year and last year against both Minnesota and Illinois.

It's LONG past time to fire this guy.

It's gotta be embarrassing to make $5M a year and just abjectly suck at your job. Maybe he'll feel some shame and resign.

Chin needs to go too. I recall 1 QB pressure in the 2nd half and no sacks the entire game. With no pressure any average college QB will complete passes. This has been going on ever since Chin got here. Too many open receivers and 3rd and long conversions also. Chin needs to go.
