Rupp, Tubby, Hall all peaked at UK. Even if some of their peaks were just for a couple seasons. His time at UK will always be tainted, at his peak Sutton was a Hall of Fame coach. I think Pitino had a few more great years in him after 97’. I’ll go with him.
