Did I read somewhere hear that Fidone is done due to medical reasons? Is that the case or did I dream that up?

He will probably find a new home and have the season of his life, but as of now he is just not a good player. Doesn't block well and seems like he is stuck in the mud a lot of times trying to get open. I feel like he is another Gabe Ervin. Looked promising, but injuries and poor development stunted what could have been.

He actually had a better 23 season than this season, satt being drunk probably didn’t help him

He's a good player, can run vertically but satt kept making him run horizontally.

Every wr screen we threw to him vs anytime he caught it downfield. Legs are too long and awkward to make lateral moves.
I’m talking about him being a vertical threat. Where did that come from?

Hell, everyone in the world knows he’s literally the worst bubble guy in the history of college football!

We COULD have run vertical routes with him like he was Kyler Reed.............We just didn't want to? **** if I know.

Don't remember any this year but last year he had a few long runs after catch.

My wife gives me the ol' gimlet eye when I refer to my nightly whiskey shot as a marriage extender.
Are bourbons healthy?
A recent study found that moderate bourbon consumption reduced the risk of developing certain cancers. Ellagic acid and polyphenols, two ingredients found in bourbon, have been shown to have cancer-fighting properties in laboratory studies.

This might help with the wife. I have been telling mine this for years.

I thought throwing short outs to the TE was the dumbest play design. But Boerkircher showed us later in the season that yards could be gained.

All year I’ve been waiting for that route with a tight end straight down the middle, which is usually wide-open didn’t see it thrown one time this year. Seemed every route to a tight end he was either going horizontally or diagonally.

I think Fidone would have been effective on numerous downfield routes. He has a massive catch radius, good to excellent hands, and clearly had the trust of Raiola.

Yeah that stuff sometimes pops open vs quarters or cover 3 when you have a serious running game.

I could go on but it’s not like the OL situation is going to get better until Dylan is gone.

Making uncle Donnie AHC and hiring an actual OL coach was my pipe dream this offseason

ALL alcoholic beverages are now considered carcinogenic with no amount considered beneficial to one's health.

I agree. When we're forced to get him downfield on 3rd and long he's had a number of big catches for us this year. Criminally misused by Satt. Not sure what basis anyone would have for saying he needs to medically retire.
