What is the word on him? Will he be ready for spring ball? I hope he gets his chance and stays healthy.
Fidone posted a couple of exercises like this showing the health of his knees.I'm sorry , what was that?
wrong, the vid clearly says no knees. based on that and the things he is doing definitely means he got rid of his knees so he cannot get another acl injury.Fidone posted a couple of exercises like this showing the health of his knees.

This. There are several exercises recommended for strengthening knees those were a sample. Another is just walking backwards for an extended length of time. Those really are diffiuclt. Its exercises based on the knees over toes guy. Its supposed to develop strength and prevent injuries in the knees using exercises that were once thought to be bad for the knees, but now these exercises, when done properly are great for the knees.

The story is not over klanman. As a TE he was exceptional however as it turned out he is made of glass. I expect no significant contributions from him in the field. Iowa dodged a bullet on not wasting a scholly on this guy.

Expect in one hand ...I expect no significant contributions from him in the field.
Sad to say I have to agree with you. He would be well advised to give up the sport. Even if he does try to play again one has to question how well he would do. Better to be able to walk for the rest of his life than play a game. No way the NFL would take a risk on him. He stills gets a free education so there is that. Of course I am no doctor. Wish the young man well.As a TE he was exceptional however as it turned out he is made of glass. I expect no significant contributions from him in the field. Times are different than 30 or 40 years ago. Surgery technique and rehab is better. People are recovering a lot faster and the joint is usually stronger. Also there is more therapy and supplements that help soft tissue heal (peptides, stem cells, supplements, etc). I had an acl tear in h.s. and another one in college playing soccer. I still played off and on and stopped last year around 41. I do have some bone spurs and pain if I do cutting moves or plyometrics but I can do anything else with no issues. Lots of pro guys have recovered from an ACL, and I imagine NU would get Fidone a top doctor for the surgery.I agree 100%
In what way? Transferring or he cant play anymore? I think he is ready to go.#fiDONE
Guess you're still feeling vaginally and butt-hurt about losing that sweet Hy-Vee trophy? Why don't you go rub one out to some Chuck Long highlight videos. As a TE he was exceptional however as it turned out he is made of glass. I expect no significant contributions from him in the field. Iowa dodged a bullet on not wasting a scholly on this guy.
If he comes back from those injuries I would be astonished. Hopefully he does.In what way? Transferring or he cant play anymore? I think he is ready to go.

Probably a bigger fan of the toes over the knees woman.I've never heard of this or the knees over toes guy, thanks for the post
Heels behind the head for me.Probably a bigger fan of the toes over the knees woman.
Just from that video alone it looks like his knees are doing fine. He still has 4 years if eligibility left so lets go.If he comes back from those injuries I would be astonished. Hopefully he does.
I thought the word was he could play towards the end of last season, but they rightly held him out of that **** show.In what way? Transferring or he cant play anymore? I think he is ready to go.
Keep it close by as we will be taking it back this year for another 8+ yearsGuess you're still feeling vaginally and butt-hurt about losing that sweet Hy-Vee trophy? Why don't you go rub one out to some Chuck Long highlight videos.
Ha ha. You’re funny and nutty.Keep it close by as we will be taking it back this year for another 8+ years
That was crazy is what that was. From a kid that’s had two knee surgeries that takes and incredible amount of joint flexibility/stability/and strength. Anyone weighing over 200lbs that can do that is ridiculous.I'm sorry , what was that?
You better hope Cade dont go down with an injury with that pathetic o-line you got. You wont have a backup. All of em are transferring.Keep it close by as we will be taking it back this year for another 8+ years
Highly unlikely, we have a football coach now. Last eight years not much of a head coach at all.Keep it close by as we will be taking it back this year for another 8+ years
Yeah, do you have another All-American punter coming in?Keep it close by as we will be taking it back this year for another 8+ years
Was that official or message board speculation?I thought the word was he could play towards the end of last season, but they rightly held him out of that **** show.
Yeah, no football player has ever had a couple knee surgeries and had a successful career. But thanks for encouraging the dumbest troll on this board.Sad to say I have to agree with you. He would be well advised to give up the sport. Even if he does try to play again one has to question how well he would do. Better to be able to walk for the rest of his life than play a game.
