He clearly signed the paper, people watched him do it. But he was wavering up until the last second. So why does it still say unsigned on the rivals site? Probably means nothing, but who knows....maybe just maybe in the end he couldn't bring himself to fax it in, LOL. The paper doesn't count until you put it in the machine.....
He absolutely sent it in, one way or another. A&M couldn't tweet anything about him otherwise, but they did 21 hours ago.

Yea that article mentioned Penn State, Maryland, & Florida. Only mentioned Fran Brown in relation to the Woodrow Wilson Temple players.
Other than Berger all the top NJ recruits signed as expected regardless of whether Rivals updated their board or not.
