Why, she looked that way at the airport when he proposed. His previous gf was what you would expect. Glitzy, big chest, flashy cloths and jewelry, a lot of make up.
She was already pregnant when he proposed. I guess good on him for trying to make her an honest woman. That run of upstanding behavior, of course, lasted two whole days until he beat her and choked her unconscious.

Only 10% need be posted in cash. Nebraska is a no commercial bond state (i.e. no bail bondsmen), just 10% no need to borrow.
How on earth could a judge believe he's not a flight risk? That's all he's done this whole time is flee to avoid being brought in, from the car chase to hiding out at his girlfriend's house. Also, is she facing charges for aiding or anything?

Most people are entitled to bond. The fact the bond is so high is probably in recognition of his flight risk.

If they think he's that much of a flight risk they would put him in an ankle monitor. He's taking off in vehicles but he also turned himself in on his warrants in Texas . So the only other time he had a warrant he turned himself in . The newspapers claim he had a warrant days before he was arrested the county website listed the warrant the morning he was arrested. He also had a hearing scheduled for the restraining order on Tuesday

Thank you for clearing that up. Let the record show HR that he at least turned himself in after a warrant was out for his arrest in Texas

Though after a quick search I’m now seeing that in January in Nebraska he had been pulled over for speeding and thrown in the county clink after the officer discovered there was an active warrant for his arrest, so I’m not sure if that’s a different incident than when he turned himself in.

He found out about the warrant in TX from his traffic stop in Nebraska. He then went back to Texas

That is not what his lawyer said in court. He claimed that he was speeding on his way back to Texas to deal with the warrant. Kind of like this lawyer (maybe the same one) said he was crawling to the truck to turn himself in on the current warrant.

"Found out", lol.

Tip for you. Most of us law abiding citizens would assume that there is a warrant out for us if we had an incident where we ran afoul of the law and we didn't take care of it. But, yeah, I guess we are talking about a Dumas here.

When you willfully evade authorities and then vacate to another jurisdiction, ignorance about a warrant isn't a viable excuse.

He is a flight risk and the judge acknowledged that with the $200K bond. Typical percentage bail for that offense would probably be $50K max.

Most people who flee from the police aren't checking to see if theyve warrants I wouldn't think. They also use ankle monitors on people they think are a flight risk . Looking up 3 felonies for domestic violence in Nebraska his bond was about average for those charges 200-300k

I didn't read what his lawyer said in court in January. Please post it

I just know he was going to TX to take care of a warrant. He was gonna miss a dual if I remember right . Willie probably remembers more.

But you said he wasn't aware of the warrant when he got pulled over in Nebraska, whereas his lawyer said he was aware and in the process of turning himself in. If you are going to speak to what he knew and when he knew it, you should probably cross reference with his one, or perhaps many, lawyers.

One naturally has to speed in order to beat the rush for that weekend red eye from Omaha to Texas.

Seems like AJ's entire "adult life" is one big soap opera.
And he plays the role of the "innocent villain'.
Holier than thou but always in the middle of controversy and crime.
Just an F'ed up way to live life.
I hope he eventually ends up in mma. I’d pay for the opportunity to watch him get ktfo.

He was going to Texas to take care of a warrant he didn’t know about until getting pulled over on the highway, headed to Texas to take care of that (unknown?) warrant?

Dude…. you hugging tight.

Clorby is the unofficial hypeman for the Ferrassholes so you’ll have to excuse him if he struggles with impartiality.
