Nope. The CCC and bagging on Cal stuff has been cute I guess but this is it until Nov. Minds well get on board and hope we make a run and not try to be a "cool kid" on the board and root for players on other teams to "light us up." Cal is here either way next season and we already know what Hopkins is at Providence, so what's it prove hoping he crushes us? Are you going to hate Cal more then?

My advice is to be a fan for the following week and if/when we do lose, start the bitching again then. Everyone is now 0-0 and let's just see what we can do, if anything. I have my doubts as well but I'm excited.

I absolutely cannot stand coach Cal and would love for him to resign tomorrow, I also do not believe this team can win one, two or 6 games in this tournament.

However, the 35 year old fan in me of watching Kentucky and loving the program still cannot root for a Kentucky loss just to spite the man I think has destroyed the program.

i will watch and like a fool look at the draw and think it couldn’t be any easier, only to watch us blow a huge lead and lose along the way.

Hopkins would be at UL if Mack hadn’t been fired. He only came to UK because we recruited him early and UK had an open scholarship.

THEN he couldn’t get playing time over Brooks or Toppin…

HE QUIT…Cal didn’t run him out…

Damn, OP…you got some issues…🤦🏻‍♂️

Man… you‘ve got issues. The tourney is about our basketball program not about Cal. I want him, as well but you guys have such a deep seeded hate that it overrides any love for the Cats

This is EXACTLY where I am also!!!

I can guarantee you Cal HATES this matchup!!! There is already a TON of pressure on Cal and the players to win this game, but playing a team with it's best player being a kid YOU ran off, just adds to it!!

And YES, Cal RAN Bryce OFF!!!! He didn't play him how he SHOULD have been played, like he has done MANY others over the years.

Having said all of that, I hope we beat the Friars by 50!!! GO BIG BLUE!!!

This is dumb. His seat won’t ever be hot until he wants it to be and decides to leave.

Any loser that takes any joy in UK ever losing is not a UK fan

I quit feeling guilty as it pertains to UK basketball in 2015. Not a proud feeling for sure, but the fact knowing I was right, vindicates everything I’ve stood for since. I’ve been, and keep, being called a troll, ignorant teenager, UK hater, Cal hater, many other things I can’t recall at the moment. I don’t give one **** whatsoever. I want UK basketball to return to being, wait for it, UK basketball. It’s that simple. It will take more losses for this to happen. Luckily, we have the correct man in charge to speed up the process. Now return to pissing on me, and others like me. Thank the OP later, he is half right.

Just got home with my wife and kids watching Champions. Woody is a great actor and his surrounding cast is awesome. Please go see it when you have the chance. Want to make a difference in the world? Hug someone with a developmental disability and tell them you believe in them.

Idk I hope Hopkins struggles so everyone on here will quit acting like he is the best player in college basketball and to be honest his defense isn't good either

I’ve cheered for Bryce all year. But I hope his adrenaline gets the best of him and he goes 4-14 with 5 turnovers. And I hope Toppin has the game of his life against him.

Why anyone would pull for a player who left the team is beyond comprehension. I am all for the Cats and hope they win it all. I just don't agree with the way Cal handles the team and his bs. I just wish he would sit down, let the guys play and sub guys out who aren't getting it done.

I enjoyed seeing Hopkins do well. He wasn't playing us and he transfered AFTER the sesaon was over because he wasn't getting what he wanted. That's life. Do you stay in a job you hate? NO.

Now, come Friday I hope he misses every shot he takes.
