When I follow someone, where do I see when they have posted? I thought I would find them up in notifications (the little bell) but don't see them there?

Not a pest. I get it. We'll get there. I've just been focused on making in-season site content as good as possible. On3 has a great product person now in place and improvements will happen.
It's under News Feed. Not intuitive. On our request list to streamline.
Is it possible to remove the "likes" from the feed and limit it to posts made by people you follow? My news feed becomes cluttered with notifications when followers like a comment, and would prefer to only see actual posts or comments made by people I follow.
Maybe I am missing it and if so I apologize, but I do not see an option to turn off notifications for someone you follow reacting to a profile post comment. Screenshot below for reference. My notifications are filled with these from users I follow liking someone elses post.
You're right, the settings notifications are only for engagement with your own posts, not the follows. I'll check with tech.
While still not ideal, I made an update to this process to make things a bit easier for desktop users in the last week.

Ben, love the staff only filter. But having an issue on an iPhone on the app, where it won’t turn off. So on threads where no staff posts exist, it is toggled off but it says no posts meet your filters.
@BenSherman, now that we've added a staff post count in green for each thread, is there anyway to make that a hyperlink so that if you click on the green staff count it takes you to the all staff posts option for the thread?
Right now, the system defaults to whatever you previously selected. If we could have a default of all posts and then click on the green link to take you to staff only, it would save a step. I find myself constantly having to toggle staff button to read.
Also, if you are staff only mode and you want to read the post a staff member is quoting, you need to toggle staff off to read the original post. It would be nice to simply click the original post button and automatically be taken to the original, non-staff post without having to waste time by scrolling to the top and switching the staff button (which has the unfortunate side effect of losing your place for the original staff post).
@BenSherman the number 1 issue for me on the site right now is the inability to use the football recruiting board on my phone via the app. The wide net/shotgun approach of this staff makes it impossible to keep track of our legit targets despite Don's good work. The OV breakdowns by position have been excellent and super helpful but I hope the On3 developers can provide mobile functionality for the recruiting board soon. I bet 75% or more of your site traffic is on mobile either on the app or a browser.
Don's recruiting board is operated outside of the network publishing system, so it's a big challenge to make it compatible across all platforms within the network framework. @DonCallahan has put a lot of work into it and, as it stands now, it's just better suited for desktop.
