In no manner suggesting Huskers should or will struggle with Fordham. However watching SDSU taking it to Colorado State the night after watching Eastern Washington take out UNLV…. That FCS/FBS line is narrowing.

Don't forget North Dakota State and their wins over K-State, Kansas, Iowa State, Iowa, Minnesota, and Colorado State in years past. I think North Dakota State has won 6 in a row vs FBS teams.

I think if you are an FCS school you just have to make sure you schedule the "right" power 5 schools.

Those lame schools that play games "not to lose" and hope the other team just ***** up.

The FCS becoming "D-1" a few years back changed a LOT for them. The number one thing was how it increased their scholarship numbers and the money they got to play road games. The line between lower tier power 5 teams and upper tier FCS teams is indeed very thin and some FCS teams have enough talent to upset some good P5 programs. SDSU has a very good team this year.
