FC: Beaver Stadium Naming Rights?

They'll start cooking them a couple days before the game so they're at the proper Uni-Mart standard.
Well, Buc-ee's is owned by owned by Arch "Beaver" Aplin III. But a little bird told me that West Shore Homes bought the rights. How bizarre.
I've received a few e-mails indicating that the proposal is not to name the stadium, but to name the field the "West Shore Home Field." I'm too involved with the B1G Wrestling tournament to track down if this is correct -- just passing along the information.

Too bad. I was hoping that they would upgrade a restroom for free if we paid for upgrading another.

My wife is from the Dover/Denville area of NJ. I haven’t been there in years but there was a Joseph Paterno School of Beauty . Maybe they could be the sponsor

I am sure they will tell us what they are naming it since it will be done behind closed doors with no input from the outside.
My guess is Ira's Field....
Exactly ... wouldn't surprise me in the least if the BOT named the new toilets after Joe. Then Moogy will come here and tell us how appropriate it is and don't worry that all of this was done behind closed doors and none of us needed to know any details anyway.

FFS. Didn't the BOT hire some marketing firm that was going to come in and get a huge national name to give Penn State mega-bucks for the field naming rights? Instead the best they can do is a local building company known for very aggressive sales tactics and a long line of BBB complaints from homeowners. Oh, and a lawsuit for making robo-calls to people on the Do Not Call list (allegedly). Looks like Blaise Alexander ducked a loser here.
I was waiting to see just how valuable the Penn State name was, and the market has spoken. Purely toxic - except to other toxic companies. The only way West Shore Homes could redeem themselves would be to turn around and say 'We're so happy to be a partner with Penn State on this! It will hereby be known as the WSH Joe and Sue Paterno Field at Beaver Stadium'.

Yeah. Good question. I thought it was going to be Nvidia field or something like that. Kind of a letdown.
