Is Barry excluded from the vote?

[BobPSU92]

It’ll get confusing when the whole stadium is known as The End Zone.

That's in the new Lubert entrance on the west side under the sports book.

Isn't that where the dance team earn their NIL money?

[JerseyLion]

If they ever come north, Buc-ees Beaver Stadium.

The BoT.

You have disgraced me and the Shaolin Temple.

[BobPSU92]

Herlocher’s?

[Ghost of OM]

So let’s guess how much $$$ and for how long. Knowing PSU, it will be 50 bucks for 500 years.

[Psu00]

Not a fan of selling naming rights for the stadium. College football has lost its way.

Why do you do hate Joe Paterno? Did he once yell at you for speeding through campus?

CC Pepper Colleseum.

[Roar More]

Can we all chip in and call it Paterno Field?

Can we all chip in and call it Paterno Field?

Sure. It’ll cost at least $50 million tho

I’m a big proponent of it. Leaving money on the table without it, and we need all the $ we can get with this stadium expansion.

Two thoughts:
1) Buc-ee's has begun advertising in central PA, specifically the digital billboard at the Walnut St exit off 322 in Lewistown.
2) There are large tracts near Exits 76 (Shiloh Road) and 78 (Benner Pike) that would be ideal for Buc-ee's.

I saw some stuff online suggesting that it was indeed a request to change it to Paterno Field but can only assume that is wishful thinking not an actual rumor. The only way that would even be possible is if some donor offered a crapload of money but only on the condition of naming the field that.

[BobPSU92]

[Sponsor Name] Sold-Out Stadium

[rudedude]

I vote for Only Fans Field at “The Beav”. Just think of the ads on the big screens!

[Bison13]

LTFI stadium

I am as big a JoePa fan as there is and I think he got royally screwed by the national media, local media, and BOT. That being said, "they" are NEVER going to name the stadium and/or the field with the Paterno name.

[CFLion]

Heinz Field at Beaver Stadium. Bring back the Red Zone ketchup bottle.

[Nitt1300]

Just call it Highest Bidder Stadium. That way there will be no need to change signage in the future, or to pretend that college football still exists.

Except that Penn State will choose a sponsor based on ethical reputation and cultural fit, not money.

And they are entering the Ohio market near Dayton early next year (currently under construction).
