I haven’t read the memo or much about it, but to me the funny thing is that Rosenstein asked/wanted Trump to fire Comey. Then Rosenstein brought Mueller as a result of Comey being fired. Seems like Rosenstien wanted Comey fired - doesn’t matter the reason Trump applied to the firing.
