Gotta go with Skywalker. I was young when he was at UK, and his nickname alone made him one of my favorite players.
High school team mate and long time friend of mine .. funny I thought it was " Snow Man". and I've never heard Mike called the " Greenup Giant" Was really a good player , in todays world with maybe a red shirt freshman year and better nutrition he could have been a larger contributor , he actually has solid numbers as a freshman starter at Wake Forest , before transferring .

Pillsbury Throwboy and Battleship Lorenzen were pretty good too, not to make fun of him at all. he seemed to take those in stride.
Since about all of the well known ones are mentioned, I'll go with the "Masked Man From Modesto." Some broadcaster called Chuck Hayes that when he had to wear a mask for his broken nose. Thought it was awesome.
