Who do you follow besides Nebraska? I’ve always liked cheering for Army and Navy.
FWIW, Army had the khaki pants on the ropes but couldn’t connect with the knock out! Army has solid coaching.

But been a Husker fan since 1989 so the only time I don’t root for the Boilers is when they play Nebraska.


It’s always nice being threatened at my alma mater when the Huskers come to town

I like to watch certain coaches. I really like Leach, Chip Kelly, Cutcliffe, and Mullen so I always try and watch them play if the are on. Then I'll try and get a look ahead and see what the B1G competition looks like.

I root for the B1G in every game against non conf. I never root for ND.

I don’t root for them, but I gain more and more respect for Wisconsin and Iowa, I like the style of play. I would say Stanford for me dating back to Harbaugh.

Starting to have an affinity for Tennessee. I blame Schadenfreude. Also, having graduated from the University of Florida, and having worked at Colorado State, Colorado, Kansas and Iowa, I follow those teams, even though I don't usually root for them.

Actually have three I follow: Iowa State (graduate school), Wyoming (followed since late-60s), and Coast Guard Academy.

I used to root for Michigan. Used to. I root against the SEC and Texas. I miss the OU rivalry, but I secretly wish them to fail.

Started following the Huskers in 1982. I don’t have any particular other teams that I follow, but I do like to follow successful coaches. Saban and Meyer are my tops. I don’t care if they are ********, they have brought excellence to every team they have touched. Obviously I would root against them anytime the Huskers would play. I’m also excited to watch coaches take on challenging scenarios and succeed. Matt Campbell at Iowa State really intrigues me right now. I loves it when somebody can bring success to a place against all odds. Shows the power of what a great coach can do.

Love to root for almost any under-dog....I find Army and Navy games usually very entertaining (and I love it when they upset someone).

I also like cheering for Iowa State...and even poor Kansas.....

If I had to choose who my teams would be from other conferences.

Pac- Cal. Love their hats.
Also Washington St. They have a great fanbase to talk ball with.

Big 12- TCU

ACC - NC State

SEC- Nobody

Big- just Nebraska. I used to be intrigued with Wisconsin before we got here but their fanbase is more insufferable than Iowa's at times. I'll root for Sparty anytime they're not playing us.

Oklahoma and Washington. But now that I work for Northwestern.... it’s still Oklahoma and Washington. And Oregon at times, from the Joey Harrington/Ontario Smith years. Iowa State here and there from friends going there. And I do enjoy and root for USC but only when they suck.

Nebraska of course and Navy since I was in the Navy.

Those dang tanker-clankers look good though this year....

I follow USC, because I'm always hoping the cameras will catch their Song Girls showing some crotch, or some other uniform mishap that shows the good stuff.

Husker loyalist. Living in Utah I've considered the Utes but just can't get into them like the Huskers.

Wyoming, and it has nothing to do with their current coach. Saw them play basketball many many years ago and thought their floor was cool, then looked to see where they were in the state, then had mad respect for that program for winning a game at anything for a variety of reasons.

Army and LSU. Once you attend a game at Death Valley you will be a fan for life. It is awesome there.

Like watching the service academies run the veer/option attacks. Also really partial to Malzahn's run-heavy spread that features elements of the wing t and single wing... While I dont care for the guy, Urban Meyers offenses were heavily Single Wing influenced especially at Florida.
