We tried running that same play the next season against Northwestern on a two point conversion and it did not work because they were waiting for it. Good scouting by them.

I was at that game watching from the endzone this was. I was catching a ton of crap from Michigan fans that day, mostly in good fun though. I remember even they thought that was the coolest play of the day. They also commented over and over how awesome Lavonte David was that day, and how they wished he played for them. We need a lot more players like him again. *I just looked up the box score and David had 14 solo/3 assisted tackles with 2.5 for loss. Monster numbers in a ****** game.
