Basically if the kids bring home anything that’s homemade it goes straight to the trash unless you 100 percent trust who made it.
IDK, after Halloween(The movie, 1 or 2, cant remember) and the epidemic of blades my Mom got that way.
I always said I'd be able to feel it before I bit into it and everything would be fine, Mom.

what are those things called wrapped in either black or orange blank wrappers.. it's like a peanut butter cross with caramel or something.. no idea what they are called.. they don't taste that great either, but it's what I think of when I think of halloween candy.

Edit: I guess they are called circus peanuts:
They're called Peanut Butter Kisses or Peanut Butter Chews.

Back when I was “young” and enjoyed Halloween…I loved getting these.

This candy bar inspired one of the greatest quotes in baseball history:

"When you unwrap a Reggie Bar, it tells you how good it is."

We hand out shots of Fireball to the adults. I poured out 51 shots tonight. That is about the average. The wife gives way too much candy to each kid. We buy the big bags at Costco. Some guy had the nerve to show-up wearing a CU hat. He quickly told be he just wears it because his brother-in-law teaches there. Almost did not give him a shot. The best one was a ****** woman who showed up just as we were closing up shop. She was all tatted up and puffing on a cig. She asked me “Are you sure this is Fireball?”. I was too distracted to answer her as I was trying to keep her half an inch of cigarette ashes from falling on top of my tray of Fireball shots. Definitely not from the neighborhood.

She probably makes and hands out popcorn balls most years.

2. Orange & black wrapped peanut butter chews
3. Milk duds

I am not a candy corn hater. I usually get one bag a year and then binge eat them. Same with jelly beans around Easter. Haven't gotten a bag yet this year.
