Anthony Fauci's diary shows him calling Stephen Miller's pregnant, COVID-positive wife a couple of times a day through the spring of 2020. The Millers now want him in prison.
Here's the entry from May 9, 2020. Katie Miller had just tested positive, ten weeks pregnant with her first child:
"I am calling katie frequently to check on her couple time per day. She is very anxious about getting very ill since she is 10 weeks pregnant. Tonight she had an anxiety reaction. I calmed her over the phone."
The entry wasn't a one-off. Back in March he'd written, "katie Miller is great (tough, smart, but great)."
When Stephen caught COVID that fall, Fauci advised him too, and when Katie flew to her parents in Texas, he called her at the Houston airport and again after she landed.
When their newborn had a medical episode later that year, Fauci called the baby's doctors himself. By New Year's Eve 2020 he wrote, "Am on phone frequently with katie and Stephen."
That was the private record. The public one reads differently.
Katie Miller, who did media for RFK Jr.'s transition, worked on Elon Musk's DOGE, and now hosts a MAGA podcast, has been demanding Fauci be jailed.
On Monday she accused him of causing "decades of harm to children." Stephen Miller, the White House deputy chief of staff, raged against him on Fox News. Both of them attacked him on Wednesday, the same day the 85-year-old sat before the Senate and took the Fifth.
Then it got stranger. Rand Paul released the thousand-page diary to bury Fauci.
When the Miller passages surfaced, Paul's office quietly went back and redacted them. NOTUS compared the versions: Katie's name appeared 56 times in the original, 37 after the scrubbing.
The document dump meant to destroy Fauci got edited to protect MAGA royalty.
Katie's explanation has run through three versions. First: "He was not my doctor. He was not my friend. He was a work colleague who called me for work purposes, and in the course of a phone call, you would discuss other things."
Then: she was only pretending to be friendly so Fauci "did not leak against me or my husband." "I understood who he was, and I understood how to manage somebody like him." By Thursday: "Every man who has a journal is a narcissist."
One more thing. Katie has asked reporters not to publish her child's medical details.
They shouldn't, and neither will we. But notice who put them into the public record in the first place. It wasn't Fauci. It was Rand Paul.
Through all of it, nobody has disputed what the diary shows: in the scariest spring of their lives, the man they now call a criminal kept calling to make sure she was okay.
When she was afraid, he answered.
Now that she's safe, she wants him in a cell.
