That's usually the case. Arkansas quit paying Beilema's buyout because he took a "volunteer" job with the Patriots. Of course, Luke may have negotiated a lump sum settlement that would let him take another job without having to pay any money back. Either way, he's gotten a lot of money off of Freeze's failure to use a personal phone.
