Fast Break Points

We have to figure out how to get more fast break points. Teams have been hanging around the perimeter all year. Wisconsin mailed it in and all of a sudden we get 5 quick points. If you remember, that's how we beat SHU, Indiana, Minnesota, etc back in January. That to me has been the biggest difference this month. I know the competition is better, but we have to get easy baskets in our next three games

If our plan is tough defense and forcing turnovers, you have to turn it around and get out and run with the ball before the defense gets back and sets up.

It only makes sense.

Of course this would go against the Rutgers wide edict of “drain the clock and go slow on offense” that every one of our teams follows.
