Is he fully healthy? It’s a shame how injuries have derailed his career to date. Based on his freshman year (starting almost every game and averaging 8+ PPG), I expected him to evolve into a 12-15 PPG scorer by now. But he hasn’t been close to 100% since his freshman year.

I can only assume he's either 1) not fully healthy or 2) not coming back next year, and thus Collins would rather play Nance ahead of him.
