Fall seasons by SEC, ACC, Big 12 question

Let's say all three of these conferences start their seasons as planned...but during the season, mutliple teams end up with a rash of Covid cases and they shut down the season.

Will they be allowed to restart in the Spring...or if you try in the fall and can't finish are you done?

$EC can do whatever they want. Iam guessing they will quarantine and play freshman, even water boys to put it to B1G and PAC 12 and complete the season and playoffs. The 5 spring games we play will be for the potatoe chip trophy.
