This is what organized socialist groups like the DSA do to sway opinions. A handful of them with multiple accounts post on social media boards to bully people making it look like they outnumber your opinion by larger numbers. I actually posted a DSA job listing on here once for this.
Voorhees is too ashamed to be honest with himself so he lies on others. I'd say that simply makes him a liar. However of course he'll deny that. Remember though, he lies.
