Time to set up the metrics to determine success/failure. The NG guy is stepping into a solid program, not a rebuild, so:

Year 1- winning record
Year 2- better winning record, make playoffs
Year 3- Win B1G, decent run in the playoffs
Year 4- Win B1G, deep playoff run
Year 5- win Natty

I think that's too high...but the goal is to have faith they can do that.
