Expectations for 2024 and beyond

I’m not sure what 2024 is going to look like, given Rutgers may be losing a lot of starters.
However, my only hope is that the fifth year of Schiano 2.0 will remain ahead of programs like Indiana and Michigan State, who are starting new rebuilds from scratch.
If Rutgers truly is a developmental program, the proof will be in the depth the team should have in year 5.
