I would guess it will be a 6-7 year deal from $30 million. Top ten program most coaches at that kind of program is going to in the $3.4 to $4.2 million range.
I think a buyout will be tied to Tyra being let go, it will be reduced if that were to happen. The contract will not be one sided when it comes to any NCAA violation.

I know very little about the man or how he coaches. I never watched Xavier play. He sure seems to be the flavor of the month though, and that in itself concerns me a little bit.

He has 3 guys signed, not very high ranked guys but Mack has proven he can take guys like this and develop them. He recruits 4 year players. I would also expect some grad transfers to be brought in.
