I think we deserve to get in but if we don’t, it’s not some miscarriage of justice. We simply lost too many games to be a sure thing. Crying about it won’t be a good look.

If RU doesn’t get in, a HUGE FAIL by Pike considering all 5 starters played significant minutes last season.

Worst losses, imo:
- Lafayette (should never have been close)
- @UMass (late game collapse)
- @Minnesota (should have beat depleted weaker team)
- @Northwestern (missed golden opportunity)
- Maryland (just flat as hell at home against a team we should have beaten)
- @DePaul (another golden opportunity missed)
Too many "almosts".... we win one more of those 6, and we'd be a lot more confident. We win two of them, and we're talking about seeding right now instead of crossing our fingers.

I think the fans are to blame,no the refs, no the icy sidewalk ,no not blaming the refs. Blame game is so typical of some of "experts ", sounds like the bitching in the threads during games-- let's hope they're wrong like usually then. In any event try not doing the dishonorable,kicking the team when they're down.But we know it will be the usual suspects.
I'm still gonna enjoy the tournament regardless. If we get in lovely.. If we don't -- you get what you deserve.
i made peace with this...while we are a tourney team by any eye test and by important wins, we also left the window open to be left out with just one too many mistakes and if we are left out I would be okay with it

Yeah, if we can sneak into the tournament, we'll be a dangerous team for our seed line..... we'd likely end up with an 11/12 seed, even though we've been playing like a 6 seed the last 3 months. Unfortunately, we weren't really ready to play our first 6 games, and we dropped @DePaul (103), vs. Lafayette (319), @UMass (178) in rapid succession. Lesson learned for the team - every game counts.
