Meltdown nights always attract the idiots.

It's like they're all flies and this board is the giant pile of ****.

I think Cal has done a great job, probably his best coaching since he has been here. There are things I wish Cal would try differently, but realistically this team has major holes in it. Our front court is horrible, Poy can't stop fouling out, Lee can't score unless it is a rebound putback or a lob, Skal has been a bust. Injuries have bugged us all year, we have very thin bench. We are just weak at certain positions, but if you want to blame Cal for anything, then it is his recruiting of this class, BUT, he missed on some guys I am sure he thought he was going to get. I think he did as well as he could at the last minute.

No harm in some criticism folks...There is no sugar coating this season...Cal is a good basketball coach, but he isn't beyond reproach...

yeah...we went 38-1 last year...and cal has a title and 4 final fours...no body is criticizing those seasons...all that's great to reminisce about but it doesn't change this season...the title year didn't make the NIT year anything different than what it was...

This is an off year that got off to a rocky start with the recruiting last year. He missed on a lot of talent. The talent he did get hasn't quite panned out save Murray.

I believe a lot of hope and expectations were put on AP and it just wasn't meant to be...

The Mulder kid, he came in with some buzz...i mean, i don't think anyone was expecting lottery talent performance, but I was expecting more than what we've seen...what's the deal with him?...

Humphries could maybe be a little bit further along than what he is had he gotten more playing time...bit of a head scratcher as to why he wasn't used more early on...

Matthews got a lot of love on here when he signed...kind of expected more out of him as well...

Lee was supposed to just bust on to the scene and really make a case for the draft...

Skal...obviously...really thought Cal needed to get another big last season...I personally didn't see first pick overall...always thought Skal was just too thin and too nice and didn't have an exceptional skill on either side of the court...wasn't a dominant game changing shot blocker/defender and didn't have any kind of unstoppable offensive scoring ability...but Cal seemed over the moon about him, so i figured it would work out...

Other than Murray and Ulis playing sensationally...this year and team really isn't much...pretty much nothing else panned out in our favor...

either it's just the way the cookie crumbles sometimes...or something else...

Lets see........Great Coach and would not trade him for anyone!

I don't know about Great Coach, but he is a Great recruiter. My only fault with Cal is he doesn't give a four star much opportunity to play. One mistake and their out. Other teams take four stars, develop them and compete with us. A good example was Wisconsin last year and U Conn two years in the NCAA Tournament. Each time, one guard basically carried them to a win over us.

OLD STOLL FIELD GUY!

Remember that time we made a run to the title game as an 8 seed. The regular season losses have been frustrating but Cal delivers in March and that's all that matters.
