First step would be getting every major nation on board with an agreement about the issues we are facing, and making concrete efforts to counter those issues (based on how much each nation has caused the issues)

Those Countries are in it for themselves and don’t give a **** what some tree hugging hippie thinks. They will agree to whatever while continuing to **** on this Planet

Yea, I’m not ceding our national sovereignty to a global body politic and wouldn’t expect any other nation to do that. That’s one of my major opposing points to the Paris Accords.

True story. We're in the process of fixing the ozone hole, we can do it with climate change as well.

I don’t disagree, but contact me when there is a solution for China, India, and the Pacific Asian nations. Until then, yell at the sky.

I guess when we figure out how to stop the planet from rotating on its axis around the sun, we can figure out a way to stop everything else that occurs as a result of that?[eyeroll]

Doomed (seriously). Who is willing to make the needed changes? So many don't care what condition they leave the planet in for future generations. There's serious trouble ahead.

Kinda like the way you Leftists will eviscerate the Constitution just to maintain your power, and to Hell with the condition you leave the country in for future generations?

50 years ago we were all supposed to be under water unless we "acted". What was the solution to keep us from drowning under the melting of our polar ice caps? Tax the United States! (only us though) Well guess what? The polar ice caps are still frozen!

Now, we're facing a massive "flood" in a dozen years unless we "act". (no suggestions given though on how we keep from being drowned on a 'water planet') o_O *About 71 percent of the Earth's surface is water-covered, and the oceans hold about 96.5 percent of all Earth's water.

The only "fact" about these 'global warming' now "climate change" predictions is none of them have been correct. EVER!

"from linked article"

in the wake of an announcement by the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change that a catastrophe is nigh—that that distant future of an Earth best by floods, droughts, wildfires and typhoons isn’t distant anymore, but as little as 12 years away. Unless we act dramatically and fast, the report says, by 2030 temperatures will have risen to 2.7º F (1.5º C) above the average of the pre-industrial era—the threshold that has long been cited as the tipping point for calamity. And while the announcement has been reported widely, the public reaction—again, as always—has been meh.

Be afraid...be very afraid.....

Repeat after me : I pledge allegiance to the One World Government.........

Why does the solution to climate change always Governments collecting more in taxes and spending more money? Where does the money go? How does the spending cool the planet down? When the globe tilts away from the Sun during winter, and its Northern hemisphere starts freezing the inhabitants' asses off, it doesn't cost a penny.:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Hey Keyser. Fox news is #1 in cable...has been for a while. Often beats all of its competition combined. Are all Fox viewers as uninformed as you?
