Ever Left a Game Early?

The 1978 OU game. I was 14 and with my dad. He worked nights so he wanted to beat the crowd and get home to sleep before going to work. We left after NU took the lead in the 4th qtr. Didn't get to see OU's last drive where Sims fumbled on the 1 or the goal posts coming down.

Yeah, I don't go to all that many games, usually once a year. I was at the Texas game and witnessed the Nunn fumble. That sucked, also a memorable game because I almost got in a fight with two fat guys that couldn't fit in their allotted seat space that kept telling me and the guy I was with to "move down".

But hey, let's not forget the equally bad nut-punch of the Le Kevin Smith interception fumble at the end of the Texas Tech loss in 2005. Was there for the end of that one too.
