How many of you guys are evacuating or staying? Whatever decision is made, just be safe and if possible can you guys keep an update on the board?
I always wanted to chase a tornado growing up, but now maybe not so much as I have gotten older also and more cautious. When I was at Duke, we used to drive TO the Outer Banks for hurricanes. Of course I didn't have a family then to worry about, and all late teens are invulnerable, right? Today I would be much more cautious, and evacuate if necessary, or at least have a solid plan to do so.

Be safe. Gonna be in a lot of traffic I imagine.I am in Myrtle Beach and we planned on staying till Friday, will be leaving on Wednesday now.
If it hits 120 or less, I'll stay at the Condo.
Stay safe Show!I lived on the coast my entire life, Hurricanes are a piece of cake. But this one, I've got my eye on. This one ain't no joke. It's 130MPH now and it's got some smoking hot water to cross before it gets here. The water temps here are still really high, it's gonna build. If it hits anywhere from Wilmington to Cape Hatteras, I'm in a scrape.
Shite. I will post pics of my creek. This one is getting uglier by the hour.
I saw where Greensboro is expecting over 10 inches of rain. Stay safe everyone.
At the same time, I'm hoping for some good waves this weekend on Long Island. I'll be camping at the beach, like I do every weekend. Surf's up!Godspeed, all of you in the Carolinas.
