I'm sure another lawsuit of some type will be filed next Friday and the names won't be released.

Well, that's good. Now on to the appeal which I'm sure will take months or years to straighten out.

I'm not a lawyer but I did sleep in a Motel 6 once. The word "soley" out to me. Curious if that is the word that you are referencing.

I don't know any of the redacted names for sure. But I heard they may rhyme with:

Primes Crittman
Jean Ruohy

Any others you guys know?

Yea,it says"should". I said it should have said "Shall". I mentioned that earlier today.

I'm not a lawyer either, but I do right contractor contracts.

As someone who writes weekly reports that go through federal legal review, then get nitpicked by outside counsel, I can tell you, you are correct. Should means absolutely nothing and is completely unenforceable.

Our legal repeatedly reminds us should is only a legal suggestion.

Our legal repeatedly reminds us should is only a legal suggestion.

It says "should" because this document is a "report and recommendation" (see the header in the image that Steve posted). So the recommendation is that UM should do the listed clauses.

This is not an order. I think Steve was mistaken when he tweeted that it was.
