For next season this is one area I don’t give a crap about. We could be 5 wins up to maybe 8-9 wins. But this is there first season as our coaches and we have a killer schedule. Be deferent if our schedule wasn’t so brutal.

Oh I totally agree that it helps. Better personnel helps even more.
