ESPN white screen help

Can ANYBODY explain to me why I can watch every game ESPN has to offer on my laptop, but get a freaking solid white screen 90% of the time on my phone? My TV provider is correct, I have every subscription that I need, and I can find zero answers online. It’s been like this for months, if not longer.

I don't have the answer, but can you cast it to your phone, from your laptop?

I probably could…..but this is mainly a mobility issue, meaning this is just a problem when I can ONLY use my phone. My Roku TV’s and laptop/work desktop have NO issues. And it doesn’t affect every broadcast, i.e. the app streams just fine when it streams.

Doesn’t matter, I guess. We suck and I can’t stand to watch anyway.

I’m currently having the same issue with my iPad. I’m away from home and on wi-if. I can watch fine on my phone, but not my iPad. Both devices are logged in with the same credentials.
